Dilated pore

The regeneration of a dilated pore is one of the hardest challenges for an aesthetician.

Dilated pores tend to be associated to oily skins with excessive secretion of the sebaceous gland. However, there are a variety of reasons that can explain its appearance, including the heat from air-conditioning systems, age, sun exposure or a poor cleansing of spots and blackheads. Besides, once the pores are open, oil and dirt easily accumulate in them, making them even bigger and leading to the anti-aesthetic blackheads.

The approach taken by Freihaut with Balanced Face manages to control the secretion of the gland and regenerate the stratum corneum to achieve a totally closed pore and a hydrated and nourished skin.
